How does the Secure Project Platform work?

The Secure Project Platform (GPP for short) is a safe environment where the client and the expert run the project together, communicate and follow its progress. The client works with confidence knowing their payment is protected; the amount paid for each milestone is held in ProjeKurdu's secure escrow until the expert delivers and the client approves.

When the project is complete, the client reviews the work, approves it, and the payment is credited to the expert's wallet. Each milestone proceeds this way, step by step and securely: the client pays as they receive the work, and the expert gets paid as they deliver.

The Project Draft is prepared

Depending on the work, you can complete the project in a single step or split it into milestones and set an amount for each step in the Project Draft. For large jobs we recommend a multi-step approach: instead of paying all at once, you pay as each milestone is completed and get to see the expert's working style. If a dispute arises on a milestone, the relevant amount can be refunded to your wallet.

Before the project starts, a Project Draft is created and approved by both the client and the expert. The milestone description, deadline and amount in the draft must be entered correctly. The Project Draft is a mutually accepted agreement; we also recommend the parties sign a legally approved contract.

Every detail is a record

Every milestone in GPP, the Project Draft, all its details and on-site messages serve as records and may be shared with the relevant authorities when required.

Manage projects, message, track payments

Once the Project Draft is approved, you can manage your project with the Management Panel:

  • Track and manage project milestones
  • Messaging
  • Secure operation via the payment panel
  • Give and receive updates on the status of the work
  • Reviews and ratings
  • Reporting a dispute

We wish you success with your projects!
