How does the dispute process work?

The process usually starts when one party presses the "Report a Dispute" button on the Secure Project Platform or contacts ProjeKurdu directly. To clarify the situation, both parties are first contacted and the problem is understood. ProjeKurdu makes every effort within its means to reach a solution and communicates with both sides.

If no resolution is reached, the relevant amount is refunded to the client's wallet after the service fee is deducted. The wallet balance can be withdrawn via the defined payout method.

As this is a sensitive matter, we recommend signing a notary/lawyer-approved contract with the other party before starting the project. If the matter moves to a legal platform, ProjeKurdu is obliged to share content with the relevant authorities under its Privacy and Terms of Use; for this reason we recommend keeping the whole process within the site.

Beyond this, ProjeKurdu has no obligation to force the parties to agree or to distribute the payment on a merit basis. For details about payments, see the Cancellation & Refund Terms.
